The Rapping System, also known as the rapping system, is an important part of ESP. This system is divided into two forms, one is mechanical rapping mode and the other is electromagnetic rapping mode.
1.The mechanical vibration mode is operated by a special rigid hammer, which makes the dust collecting plate and the discharge electrode frame vibrate to remove the dust accumulated on their surfaces. The shaft buckle of the rapping hammer consists of two parts, a U-shaped clamp and a shaft clamp connected with the shaft, and then the two parts are welded together. It should be noted that the welded shaft buckle should ensure the required relative position, so that the assembled rapping hammer can hit the required position correctly.
Generally, a vibrating hammer is installed in a row of dust collecting plates, and the vibrating hammers in each row of the same electric field are installed on a transmission shaft, which are staggered by an angle in turn, so that each row of dust collecting plates is struck in turn. The hitting intensity and frequency can be adjusted by electronic control device.
2.The working principle of electromagnetic rapper is mainly based on electromagnetic force effect. An electromagnetic vibrator usually consists of an electromagnetic coil and a vibrating part. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field will be generated around the coil, and the vibrating part (such as a vibrating rod) will be attracted and lifted to a certain height under the action of magnetic field force. When the coil is lifted to a certain height, the magnetic field will disappear immediately, and the vibrating rod will fall freely under the action of gravity, hitting the anvil beam of the anode plate or the cathode frame to generate a vibrating force, thus achieving the purpose of removing dust adhered to the anode plate or the cathode frame.The vibration frequency and vibration force of the electromagnetic vibrator can be controlled by changing the current flowing through the coil, so as to effectively vibrate the wall of the material bin or hopper and promote the flow of materials.
The Rapping System contains many parts, including transmission shaft, transmission wheel, sliding bearing, wear sleeve, coupling and so on. Due to different manufacturers’ designs, the parts are also different, but they are similar.
