The electromagnetic pulse valve refers to the membrane valve controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valves, which can instantly open and close the high-pressure air source to generate pulses.
According to the angle of valve inlet and outlet and the form of air inlet, it can be divided into three types:
(a)Right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve: membrane valve whose inlet and outlet are at right angles and directly controlled by electrical signals;
(b)Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: the inlet and outlet of the valve body are 180 degrees, and the membrane valve is directly controlled by electrical signals;
(c)Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: membrane valve whose valve body air inlet is submerged in air bag and directly controlled by electric signal.

Technical Requirement:
- The working pressure of the product is 0.1 MPa ~ 0.7 MPa, and the medium is air after oil removal and water treatment.
- When the working voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the product’s nominal air pressure, the opening response time of the electromagnetic pulse valve should be less than 0.03s.
- When the working air pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed.
- 4.the product should be able to withstand 0.8MPa air pressure.
- Under the specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the shell should be greater than 1MΩ..
- Under the condition that the room temperature is 5 ~ 35 degrees and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand the voltage of 50Hz and 250V for 1min without breakdown.
- The electromagnetic pulse valve should be able to work normally after bearing vibration with a frequency of 20Hz, a full amplitude of 2mm and a duration of 30min.
- Under normal use conditions, the cumulative service life of the diaphragm should be more than 800,000 times.
- There is no obvious coating peeling, scratches, burrs and other damage on the surface of the valve.
- The air pressure supplied by the large-diameter ultra-low pressure electromagnetic pulse valve for rotary injection is less than 0.1Mpa, and compressed air is used, which is not affected by the simultaneous use of gas in the pipe network, and the operation is stable and reliable. (0.05~0.1Mpa).
